Anti-Ragging Cell

Sri Ramkrishna College of Education, Bajkul, is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all students. In accordance with the Supreme Court judgements, UGC guidelines, and State Government Instructions, we have established an Anti-Ragging Cell to enforce a 'Zero-Tolerance policy' towards ragging.

Ragging, which is now defined as an act that violates an individual student's dignity, is strictly prohibited on our campus. Any student found guilty of ragging or assisting in ragging will face severe consequences as it is considered a criminal offense. Sri Ramkrishna College of Education, Bajkul, ensures strict compliance with the prevention of ragging in all its forms.

Vision

Our vision is to create a ragging-free environment by promoting democratic values, tolerance, empathy, compassion, and sensitivity among our students. We aim to instill a sense of responsibility in our students so that they become responsible citizens.

Mission

Our mission is to establish a disciplined atmosphere by sending a clear message that no act of ragging will be tolerated on college premises.

The objectives of our Anti-Ragging Cell are as follows:

2. Raise awareness among students about the serious consequences of ragging.
3. Maintain constant vigilance to prevent the occurrence of ragging.
4. Address any ragging issues promptly and take appropriate action as advised by the committee.
5. Conduct executive meetings of the Anti-Ragging Cell twice a year to discuss and address any concerns related to ragging.

By implementing these measures, Sri Ramkrishna College of Education, Bajkul, is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all its students.
